Apricot Jam Baked Brie

Make an easy five-ingredient baked brie with apricot jam. In under 30 minutes, you'll have a cheesy appetizer everyone will love.

You'll Need:

– ½ cup dried apricots roughly chopped – ¼ cup sliced almonds roughly chopped – ¼ cup apricot jam – 1 sprig fresh rosemary finely chopped – ⅛ teaspoon Morton kosher salt – 8 ounce wheel of brie – crackers for serving


Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Add dried apricots, almonds, apricot jam, rosemary, and salt to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.


Place the brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with apricot mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until you can touch the outside of the cheese and feel that it is melted inside.


Allow the cheese to rest and firm up slightly for 5 minutes. Serve alongside crackers.
