– 2 tablespoons sesame oil – 15 ounces edamame in pods thawed, patted dry – ½ lime – ¼ - ½ teaspoon Morton kosher salt – ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Equipment:

- Cast Iron Skillet - Serving Platter

Instructions:

Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a 12 inch cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. 

Instructions:

Add edamame pods to skillet and allow to cook for 3 minutes without stirring.

Instructions:

Stir edamame to rotate sides. Allow edamame to cook for an additional 3 minutes without stirring.

Instructions:

Serve immediately. Garnish with a squeeze of lime juice, ¼ - ½ teaspoon Morton kosher salt (to taste), and red pepper flakes.
