Ingredients:

– ½ pint fresh blackberries – ½ pint fresh blueberries – ½ cup dried mangos – 2 fresh figs – ¼ cup pecans – ½ cup cornichons – black cracked pepper crackers – orange & white mini pumpkins (for decoration)

Instructions:

1. Place the mini pumpkins as decoration in the center of the serving platter.

Instructions:

2. Set the cheeses around the edges of the platter. I like the vary how the cheeses are cut, so I cut some into slices and others into wedges.

Instructions:

3. Place the salmi and meat slices next to some of the cheeses. This will signal to your guests that the cheese and salami are a good combination to eat together.

Instructions:

4. Next, place down any ingredients that are in bowls such as the jam and pickles.

Instructions:

5. Fill in the remaining spaces with the fruit and chocolate covered pretzels.

Instructions:

6. Finally, if there are any spots that still look bare, add nuts and a piece of fig for the final touches.
