Sugar Cookie Cocktail

This sugar cookie cocktail is filled with a creamy and sweet flavor. A myriad of ingredients come together to make an easy peanut butter whiskey and Baileys drink that tastes like a dessert.

Here's what you'll need...

You'll Need:

For the Brown Sugar Simple Syrup: – ¼ cup packed brown sugar – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

You'll Need:

For the Cocktail: – 1 ounce brown sugar simple syrup – ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon to rim glass – 1 ounce Irish cream (Baileys) – 1 ounce peanut butter whiskey – 1 ounce vodka – ½ ounce cream of coconut – 5 dashes orange bitters

Equipment:

- Boston shaker - Jigger - Hawthorne strainer - Low ball glass

Instructions:

For the brown sugar simple syrup: Add brown sugar, vanilla extract, and ¼ cup water to a small saucepan. Place over medium heat and stir until sugar is fully dissolved. Allow to cool, then pour into a glass jar and seal tightly.

Instructions:

For the cocktail: To a shallow plate add 2 teaspoons of brown sugar simple syrup. To another shallow plate add 2 teaspoons brown sugar and ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon.

Instructions:

For the cocktail: Mix to combine. Dip the rim of a low ball glass in simple syrup, the coat with cinnamon sugar mixture. Fill with pebble ice and set aside.

Instructions:

For the cocktail: Add Irish cream, peanut butter whiskey, vodka, 1 ounce brown sugar simple syrup, cream of coconut, and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into the prepared glass.
