This tropical paradise cocktail is loaded with the flavors of summer including rum, coconut, and pineapple. There's a perfect marry of all the flavors that will make you rethink the possible cocktails you can mix up with peanut butter whiskey.
Here's what you'll need...
– 1 ½ ounces light rum
– 1 ½ ounces peanut butter whiskey
– 1 ounce cinnamon simple syrup
– 1 ounce cream of coconut
– ½ ounce pineapple juice
– 2 dashes aromatic bitters
– ground cinnamon for garnish
– pineapple fronds for garnish
- Boston Shaker
- Hawthorne Strainer
- High Ball Glass
Add peanut butter whiskey, rum, cinnamon simple syrup, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and aromatic bitters to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled high ball glass over pebble ice. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and pineapple fronds.
