You'll Need:

– ¾ ounce brown sugar syrup (recipe included) – 3 ounces blonde espresso – 2 shakes ground cinnamon – oatmilk to top

Instructions:

Prepare the brown sugar syrup by adding brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon stick, and salt along with 5 tablespoons (2 ½ ounces) of water to a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat just until all the sugar has dissolved, about 1-2 minutes.

Instructions:

Add brown sugar syrup, espresso, cinnamon, and ½ cup of ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour ice and drink into a 12 ounce glass.

Instructions:

Top glass with ½ inch of oatmilk. Serve immediately & enjoy!
