Starbucks Sweet Cream Cold Foam (3 Ingredients)

If you've ever wondered how to make Starbucks sweet cream cold foam like a barista, this is an easy recipe that will teach you how to recreate this delicious foam at home. Pour on top of a glass of cold brew for the perfect Starbucks dupe.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (2 ounces) heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) 2% milk
  • 1 tablespoon (½ ounce) simple syrup plus more for serving
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) cold brew coffee for serving

Instructions

  • Add heavy cream, 2% milk, and simple syrup to a high powdered blender. Blend for 45 seconds until a thick foam has formed.
  • To serve, add ½ cup ice, cold brew coffee, and additional simple syrup as desired to a serving glass. Top with sweet cream cold foam mixture.

Notes

Storage: Un-blended sweet cream cold foam will last for up to 7 days when sealed in an airtight container in the refrigerator as long as your cream is fresh.
Make Ahead: Place all of the ingredients in a jar. Seal with a lid and store in the refrigerator (up to 7 days) until you're ready to use. Once you're ready to serve, blend the sweet cream cold foam for 45 seconds in a high powered blender.
Alternatively, if you do not have a blender, you can hand whisk the mixture for 1 minute until you've achieved a thick foam, or use a hand frother.
For a thicker layer of sweet cream cold foam (pictured in the recipe card), double the recipe.
Try using a flavored syrup (like vanilla, brown sugar, or hazelnut) for an alternative flavor of sweet cream cold foam.
