Greek Appetizer Platter

A medley of Mediterranean-inspired charcuterie board components makes for a delicious spread of tasty Greek finger foods. Loaded with pita, hummus, tzatziki, and more, this Greek charcuterie board is bound to be a fan favorite.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sriracha garlic hummus
  • 8 ounces sun-dried tomato hummus
  • 8 ounces tzatziki
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 1 cup kalamata olives
  • 4 ounces pistachios
  • 6 ounces genoa salami thinly sliced
  • 6 ounces hot sopressata thinly sliced
  • 6 ounces pepper salami thinly sliced
  • 3 bell peppers thinly sliced
  • 1 cup carrot chips
  • 1 English cucumber thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces spicy marinated feta
  • 2 ounces artichoke dip
  • 12 pita sliced into wedges

Instructions

  • Place sriracha garlic hummus and sun-dried tomato hummus on a shallow plate. Place tzatziki, black olives, kalamata olives, and pistachios in serving bowls. Scatter the filled plates and bowls around the serving platter.
  • Pile the genoa salami, hot soppressata, and pepper salami next to a couple of the plates or bowls on the serving platter.
  • Scatter the bell peppers, carrots, and cucumbers throughout the platter.
  • Place the marinated feta and artichoke dip in any open space on the platter.
  • Fill in the remaining spaces with pita wedges. Serve and enjoy immediately.

Notes

This appetizer platter can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve. Wrap the entire platter in plastic wrap before placing it in the refrigerator to store. You should wait to add the pita on the board until you're ready to serve, as they will become stale in the refrigerator.
Feel free to adjust the portion sizes based on the number of people you are feeding.
This board is best paired with a brut sparkling wine, a semi-sweet rose. The acidic, fruity, and fresh flavors of these wines pair wonderfully with the freshness of the vegetables, the light dips, salty olives, and spicy components.
