Ingredients

  • 1 ounce butterscotch liqueur
  • 1 ounce caramel flavored vodka
  • 1 ounce peanut butter whiskey
  • chilled caramel topping for garnish
  • finely crushed salted peanuts for garnish
  • peanut caramel candy bar for garnish

Instructions

  • To a cocktail shaker add butterscotch liqueur, caramel flavored vodka, peanut butter whiskey, and a handful of ice. Shake for 30-45 seconds until the mixture is cooled.
  • Garnish the shot glasses by dipping one side into chilled caramel sauce, then into the crushed peanuts. Using a hawthrone strainer, pour the drink into a shot glass. Garnish with a slice of peanut caramel candy bar on a cocktail pick. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a sweeter tasting shot, add in ¼ - ½ ounce of simple syrup.
If you garnish the shot glasses ahead of time, store them in the freezer until you're ready to serve. The caramel garnish will begin to melt if left too long at room temperature.
