Add Jameson Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, and sweet and sour mix to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice.
Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds.
Strain into four rocks glasses. Top each shot with lemon lime soda (about ¾ ounces or 20 ml each).
To make your own sweet and sour mix, combine 1 part lemon juice, 1 part lime juice, and 2 parts simple syrup.
Want to make a green tea cocktail instead of a shot? Simply follow this recipe and pour into two highball glasses filled completely with ice. Then, top off any additional room with more lemon lime soda.
