Italian Sarti Spritz

My new favorite summer cocktail, Sarti spritz, is the perfect 5 minute cocktail that's light, low ABV, and an ideal mix of sweet and fruity. You can think of this fun pink spritz as the sister of the Hugo spritz (with similar sweetness) or the cousin of our favorite Italian Aperol spritz.

Notes

Optionally, for a stronger spritz (or just for a twist), add in a shot (1 ounce or 30 ml) of vodka or gin.
No Prosecco? Try substituting with champagne. Or, for a more non-traditional take, use a lemon-lime soda.
