Cranberry Brie Phyllo Cup Appetizer

  • Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place phyllo shells on prepared baking sheet. Add about 1 teaspoon (4–5 grams) of cranberry sauce in each shell. Top with a cube of brie and a sprinkle of rosemary.
  • Bake for 7–10 minutes until the cheese is slightly melted and the shells are golden brown. Optionally, taste and top with Maldon sea salt flakes as needed. Serve immediately.

Notes

Make Ahead: You can prepare all of the ingredients ahead of time, then assemble and bake right before you're ready to serve.
There's no need to keep these appetizer bites piping hot. They taste delicious at room temperature as well.
