- ¼ cup pecans plus more for garnish
- 8 ounces goat cheese softened to room temperature
- ¼ cup fig spread or marmalade
- crackers for serving
Place the pecans in the container of an electric food processor. Cover and blend on high speed about 20 seconds, until finely chopped.
Add chopped pecans, goat cheese, and fig marmalade to a mixing bowl. Mix together with a silicone spatula until fully combined.
Serve in a shallow bowl or plate. Optionally, garnish with additional pecans.
Storage: To store this dip, place it in an airtight container. It will last for up to 7 days when stored in the refrigerator.
Make Ahead: You can make this dip up to 6 days ahead of time. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.
For a more whipped consistency, add all of the ingredients to a mixer and beat on medium high speed for 1 minute.
Instead of serving this dip for crackers, serve with toasted baguettes, apple slices, or pear slices.
