1. French Blonde (Taylor's Version)
Rumor has it that Taylor's new favorite cocktail is the French Blonde. How can we blame her? This iconic drink is layered with soft, elegant flavors. Let's be honest, our French Blonde era may last a while.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces London dry gin
- 1 ½ ounces elderflower liqueur
- 1 ounce Lillet Blanc
- 1 ounce grapefruit juice
- 2 dashes lemon bitters
- lemon twist, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Add gin, elderflower liqueur, Lillet Blanc, grapefruit juice, and lemon bitters to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Double strain using a hawthorne and mesh strainer into a martini or coupe glass.
2. Lover
Taylor's "Lover" album was the inspiration for this four-ingredient cocktail. The pink skies on the album artwork vibe perfectly with the hibiscus tea in this cocktail. Add a little tequila and lemon lime soda for the perfect "Lover" inspired cocktail.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces cooled hibiscus tea
- 1 ½ ounce Patrón silver tequila
- ¼ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup (optional)
- 2 ounces lemon lime soda
- edible flowers, for garnish (optional)
- lime wheels, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Add hibiscus tea, tequila, lime juice, and optionally simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Fill with a handful of ice and shake until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the drink using a Hawthorne strainer into a highball glass filled partway with crushed ice. Top with lemon lime soda. Optionally, garnish with edible flowers and lime wheels.
3. Bad Blood Martini
Backstab and lies never tasted so good. This fruity gin martini is sweetened with a hint of blood orange and pomegranate juice. With only three ingredients, this cocktail is deceptively easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces London dry gin
- 1 ½ ounces freshly squeezed blood orange juice
- 1 ounce pomegranate juice
- thinly sliced blood orange, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Add gin, blood orange juice, and pomegranate juice to a chilled cocktail mixing glass along with a handful of ice. Stir together with a bar spoon until ingredients are well chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Double strain the cocktail with a hawthorne and fine mesh strainer into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of blood orange.
4. The Travis Kelce
We're all obsessed with Taylor's bf, Travis Kelce. So, naturally, we had to make a Kansas City Chiefs inspired cocktail with the iconic red and yellow colors. This classic Campari spritz is a refreshing (somewhat bitter) cocktail to sip on.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Campari liqueur
- 4 ounces chilled prosecco
- 1 ounce chilled soda water
- orange slice, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add Campari, prosecco, and soda water. Stir well using a bar spoon.
- Optionally, garnish with an orange wedge.
5. Lavender Haze Sour
You'll fall into a 'lavender haze' after drinking this lemon and lavender pisco sour cocktail. This cocktail takes only 5 minutes to shake up and has a beautiful egg white foam on top.
Ingredients:
Lavender Simple Syrup:
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons dried lavender flowers
Pisco Sour:
- 4 ounces pisco
- 2 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ounce lavender simple syrup
- 2 large egg whites
- thin lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
- dried lavender flowers, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
For Lavender Simple Syrup:
- Add sugar, dried lavender flowers, and 1 cup of water to a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until all the sugar has dissolved, about 2 - 4 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, and allow the mixture to cool for about 30 minutes until it has stopped steaming. Taste to see if the lavender flavor is strong enough for your personal liking. If the flavor is not strong enough, allow the lavender flowers to steep for an extra 30 - 60 minutes until the desired taste is achieved.
- Place a fine mesh strainer over a bowl. Pour the mixture into the strainer to separate the simple syrup from the lavender flowers. Transfer to a clean reusable bottle and seal tightly with a lid.
For Pisco Sour:
- Add pisco, lemon juice, lavender simple syrup, and egg whites to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Add in a handful of ice, and shake again until well-chilled.
- Strain the cocktail with a hawthorne strainer into a chilled lowball glass. Gently garnish with a thin slice of lemon and dried lavender flower.
6. Better Than Revenge Sangria
I bet you've "never seen" a sangria made with sparkling Lambrusco wine and Aperol liqueur. What appears as a sweet (and innocent) drink on the outside has some serious bite (and backstab) once consumed.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 apple cored and sliced into thin quartered wedges
- 2 oranges sliced into thin quartered wedges
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 bottle Lambrusco sparkling wine
- 12 ounces lemon lime soda
- 8 ounces Aperol liqueur
Instructions:
- Add cranberries to a large pitcher and muddle together to release the juice. Add apple slices, orange slices, cinnamon sticks, Lambrusco, lemon lime soda, and Aperol to the pitcher. Stir to combine.
- Cover the pitcher with plastic wrap. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 6 - 8 hours to allow the flavors to marry.
- To serve, fill a wine glass with chilled sangria.
7. Calm Down Tequila Soda
Stop taking shots at me like it's Patrón when you could be sipping on this tequila soda instead. You may soon be somebody that I don't know after drinking this simple, three ingredient, refreshing cocktail.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces (Patrón) blanco tequila
- ¼ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 ounces chilled soda water
- lime wedge, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Fill a highball glass with ice. Add tequila and lime juice. Top with soda water. Stir well using a bar spoon.
- Optionally, garnish with a lime wedge.
8. Shake It Off Baileys Espresso Martini
You have to (literally) shake it off if you want to achieve a beautiful and creamy espresso martini made with Baileys Irish cream. This twist on a classic cocktail only needs four simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Baileys Irish cream
- 2 ounces freshly brewed espresso
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 3 coffee beans, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Add Baileys Irish cream, espresso, vodka, and simple syrup to a shaker filled partway with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled and foamy, about 15 - 30 seconds.
- Double strain using a hawthorne and mesh strainer into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with three coffee beans.
9. Bejeweled Cranberry & Champagne
This cocktail really shines, especially with a mix of champagne and tequila. Make a simple cranberry sauce, which adds so much delicious flavor, then top with sparkling champagne for a festive cocktail.
Ingredients:
Cranberry Sauce:
- ½ cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange peel
- juice of 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons water
Cocktail:
- 2 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice (about 1 - 2 oranges)
- 2 ounces blanco tequila
- chilled champagne for topping
- fresh or frozen cranberries, for garnish (optional)
- orange wedges, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
For the Cranberry Sauce:
- Add cranberries, sugar, orange peel, orange juice, and water to a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring often. Reduce the heat as needed to avoid scorching until cranberries begin to burst and a dark red, syrupy juice forms (about 5 minutes).
- Transfer to a small bowl, and allow the mixture to cool for 15 minutes.
For the Cocktail:
- To four champagne flutes add 1 ½ tablespoons of the cooled cranberry sauce into each glass. Add ½ ounce of orange juice and ½ ounce blanco tequila to each flute. Top off each glass until full with chilled champagne. Carefully mix each glass with a bar spoon.
- Optionally, garnish each glass with a few fresh cranberries and orange wedges.

11. Wildest Dreams Orange Refresher
You'll want to see this cocktail again (even if it's just in your wildest dreams) after you've sipped this orange refresher. This fruity drink is made with Tito's vodka, homemade blackberry simple syrup, orange juice, and Fresca.
Ingredients:
Blackberry Simple Syrup:
- 8 ounces blackberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Orange Blackberry Cocktail:
- 12 fresh mint leaves plus more for garnish
- 6 ounces pulp free orange juice
- 4 ½ ounces Tito's vodka
- 3 ½ ounces blackberry simple syrup
- 8 ounces Fresca sparkling flavored soda
- orange slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
For Blackberry Simple Syrup:
- Add blackberries, granulated sugar, and one cup of water to a medium-sized saucepan. Cook over medium-high until the mixture begins to boil.
- Once boiling, cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring often, to ensure the mixture doesn’t boil over. The simple syrup will turn dark purple and thicken.
- Remove from the heat, and allow the mixture to cool for about 30 minutes until it has stopped steaming.
- Place a fine mesh strainer over a bowl. Pour the mixture into the strainer to separate the simple syrup from the seeds. Push on the blackberries in the strainer with a silicone spatula to extract more juice. Add the simple syrup to a squeeze bottle, and discard the seeds.
For Orange Blackberry Cocktail:
- Add mint leaves to the bottom of a cocktail shaker and muddle with a cocktail muddle or the back of a wooden spoon until you begin to smell the mint.
- Add orange juice, vodka, blackberry simple syrup, and a handful of ice to the cocktail shaker.
- Since the cocktail shaker will be very full, mix and chill the cocktail by transferring from one cup of the cocktail shaker to the other.
- Prepare 4 lowball glasses by placing 2-3 orange slices around the outside wall of the glass. Then fill partway with ice. Strain 4 ounces of the cocktail using a Hawthorne strainer into the prepared glasses. Top each glass with 2 ounces of Fresca sparkling soda water.
- Optionally, garnish with additional mint and orange slices.
12. Hits Different White Russian

- 1 ounce Baileys Irish cream
Instructions:
- Add ice to a chilled lowball glass.
