- 2 ounces (60 ml) grapefruit juice

- Soda water, to top

To make hibiscus lemonade, replace the water in your favorite lemonade recipe with hibiscus tea.

- 1.5 ounces (45 ml) fresh peach or peach purée
- 3 ounces (90 ml) white rum

- 0.5 ounce (15 ml) Cointreau or triple-sec

If using fresh peach...
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh peach to release the juice. Add in a handful of ice, white rum, lime juice, and Cointreau (or triple-sec), and shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.
Note: Fresh fruit is unpredictable. If the peach is not sweet enough, add a bit of agave or simple syrup to achieve the desired sweetness.
If using peach purée...
Add peach purée, rum, lime juice, and Cointreau (or triple-sec) to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.
13. Pineapple Daiquiris
A tropical mix of rum and pineapple, you can enjoy these shooters blended or shaken.

Ingredients:
- 3 ounces (90 ml) frozen pineapple chunks or pineapple juice
- 2 ounces (60 ml) light rum
- 0.5 ounce (15 ml) lime juice
- 0.5 ounce (15 ml) simple syrup

A simple and tasty mix, just three ingredients make for a refreshing tequila treat. Your friends who couldn’t make it to the party will be envious that you’re enjoying these shots without them.

Ingredients:
- 3 ounces (90 ml) blanco tequila
- 2 ounces (60 ml) blue curaçao
- 1 ounce (30 ml) pineapple juice

Add tequila, blue curaçao, and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.
15. Empress Gin Sours
A classic gin sour made even better with beautiful purple Empress 1908 gin.

Ingredients:
- 3 ounces (90 ml) Empress 1908 Gin
- 1 ounce (30 ml) lemon juice
- 1 ounce (30 ml) simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Instructions:
Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and an egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10-15 seconds (without ice). Add a handful of ice and shake again for 10-15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.
**A helpful tip when pouring shots made with egg whites: Do not pour one shot at a time. Instead, fill each shot a bit at a time. This guarantees that when you’re filling the last bit, the frothy part of the egg white mixture is evenly distributed.
16. Blended Raspberry Margarita
Blend up some raspberries then throw back these fun frozen shots!

Ingredients:
- 2 ounces (60 ml) blanco tequila
- 2 ounces (60 ml) fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 ounce (30 ml) lime juice
- 1 ounce (30 ml) triple-sec or Cointreau
Instructions:
Add a handful of ice (3-6 large cubes), tequila, raspberries, lime juice, and triple-sec to a blender. Blend on medium-high until smooth. Pour into three to four 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.

Add the vodka, starbursts, and sweet and sour mix into a cocktail shaker. Optionally, let the mixture sit overnight in the fridge. Add a large handful of ice, and shake for at least 20 seconds. Strain the mixture into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.
