Instructions:

- 1.5 ounces (45 ml) white rum

- 0.5 ounce (15 ml) simple syrup

6. Hibiscus Sour
Brew a quick batch of hibiscus tea and a few more ingredients later, you’ll be sipping on a tasty pink mixture. These hibiscus sour shots are the perfect balance of acidity, fruitiness, and booze.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces (60 ml) vodka or gin
- 1.5 ounces (45 ml) hibiscus tea (chilled)
- 0.5 ounce (15 ml) agave
- 0.5 ounce (15 ml) grapefruit juice
- 0.5 ounce (15 ml) lime juice
- 1 egg white
Instructions:
Add vodka (or gin), hibiscus tea, agave, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and an egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10-15 seconds (without ice). Add a handful of ice, and shake for an additional 10-15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.
**A helpful tip when pouring shots made with egg whites: Do not pour one shot at a time, instead, fill each shot a bit at a time. This guarantees that when you’re filling the last bit, the frothy part of the egg white mixture is evenly distributed.
7. Mini Empress Martinis
Named after the spirit itself, the empress martini follows a classic martini recipe. Enjoy an equally elegant, but more fun version of this cocktail in shot form.
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces (120 ml) chilled Empress 1908 Gin
- 1.5 ounces (45 ml) dry vermouth
- 2 dashes of orange bitters

11. Raspberry Daiquiri

- 2 ounces (60 ml) fresh raspberries
- 3 ounces (90 ml) light rum
- 1 ounce (30 ml) lime juice
- Simple syrup (if needed)

Add raspberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle to release the juice. Add rum, lime juice, and ice to the cocktail shaker. Shake for about 15 seconds. Taste for sweetness and add 0.5 ounces (15 ml) of simple syrup if needed. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.

- 2 ounces (60 ml) fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 ounce (30 ml) lime juice
- 1 ounce (30 ml) triple sec or Cointreau
Instructions:
Add a handful of ice (3-6 large cubes), tequila, raspberries, lime juice, and triple sec (or Cointreau) to a blender. Blend on medium-high until smooth. Pour into three to four 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.
14. Pineapple Daiquiris
A tropical mix of rum and pineapple, you can enjoy these shooters blended or shaken.
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces (90 ml) frozen pineapple chunks or pineapple juice
- 2 ounces (60 ml) light rum
- 0.5 ounce (15 ml) lime juice
- 0.5 ounce (15 ml) simple syrup

For pineapple chunks:
Add a handful of ice (3-6 large cubes), frozen pineapple chunks, rum, lime juice, and simple syrup to a blender. Blend on medium-high speed until smooth. Pour into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.
For pineapple juice:
Add pineapple juice, rum, lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.
15. Pink Squirrel
Coming onto the scene in the 1940s, the pink squirrel cocktail is almost like a grown-up milkshake. With three components being creamy, it is no mystery why it has that reputation.
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces (90 ml) vodka
- 2 ounces (60 ml) heavy cream
- 1 ounce (30 ml) crème de noyaux liqueur
- 1 ounce (30 ml) white crème de cacao liqueur
Instructions:
Add vodka, heavy cream, crème de noyaux, and white crème de cacao to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.
16. Orange Margarita
Citrus and tequila go hand in hand, and this combo will have you making these margarita shots any chance you get.
Ingredients:
- 0.25 ounce (7 g) sea salt (optional)
- 3 ounces (90 ml) tequila
- 2 ounces (60 ml) orange juice
- 0.75 ounce (22 ml) agave or simple syrup
- 0.25 ounce (7 ml) lime juice
Instructions:
For the salt rim:
Distribute the sea salt onto a small plate. Using a lime that will be used for the fresh lime juice, rub the flesh against and all around the rim of the shot glasses. Gently, tap the sides of the shot glass in the salt, and rotate all around to rim the glasses with salt.
For the shots:
Add tequila, orange juice, agave, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.
17. Cosmopolitan Shooters
A popular cocktail on the market, the Cosmopolitan is a simple mix of easily accessible ingredients. The shooter version of this drink is not something to miss out on.
Ingredients:
- 4.5 ounces (135 ml) vodka
- 0.5 ounce (15 ml) cranberry juice
- 0.5 ounce (15 ml) lime juice
- 0.5 ounce (15 ml) triple sec or Cointreau
Instructions:
Add vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, and triple sec (or Cointreau) to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.
18. Blue Margarita

One of my favorite fruits, paired with the spicy bite of tequila, makes for an absolute treat.
Ingredients:
- 0.25 ounce (7.5 g) Tajín (optional)
- 2.5 ounces (75 ml) tequila
- 2 ounces (60 ml) mango purée (or juice)
- 1 ounce (30 ml) lime juice
- 0.5 ounce (15 ml) triple sec or Cointreau
Instructions:
For the Tajín rim:
Distribute the Tajín onto a small plate. Using a lime that is for the fresh lime juice, rub the flesh against and all around the rim of the shot glasses. Gently, tap the sides of the shot glass in the Tajín, and rotate all around to rim the glasses with Tajín.
For the shots:
Add tequila, mango purée, lime juice, and triple sec (or Cointreau) to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.
