    1. Purple Cosmopolitan Shots

    Enjoy a slight twist to a classic Cosmopolitan with the inclusion of the fresh floral notes of violet liqueur.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 ounces (60 ml) vodka
    • 2 ounces (60 ml) white cranberry juice
    • 1.5 ounces (45 ml) crème de violette liqueur 
    • 0.5 ounce (15 ml) lime juice 

    Instructions:

    Add vodka, white cranberry juice, crème de violette liqueur, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses. 

    2. Violette Gin Sour Shooters

     A tasty gin sour with an elegant purple twist.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 ounces (60 ml) gin
    • 1.5 ounces (45 ml) lemon juice
    • 1 egg white
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) crème de violette liqueur 
    • 0.5 ounce (15 ml) simple syrup

    Instructions:

    Add gin, lemon juice, egg white, crème de violette liqueur, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10-15 seconds (without ice). Add a handful of ice and shake again for 10-15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses. 

    **A helpful tip when pouring shots made with egg whites: Do not pour one shot at a time. Instead, fill each shot a bit at a time. This guarantees that when you’re filling the last bit, the frothy part of the egg white mixture is evenly distributed. 

    3. Violet Peach

    The pairing of peach schnapps and violette liqueur makes for a fresh mixture that will make you feel like it's springtime no matter what part of the year you’re drinking this in.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 ounces (60 ml) gin
    • 2 ounces (60 ml) crème de violette liqueur 
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) peach schnapps
    • 0.5 ounce (15 ml) lemon juice 

    Instructions:

    Add gin, crème de violette liqueur, peach schnapps, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses. 

    4. Mini Blackberry Martinis

    Fresh berries and floral liqueur make for a fresh-tasting and elegant mixture. These shooters are beautiful with a fresh berry garnish.

    Ingredients:

    • 5-8 fresh blackberries 
    • 3 ounces (90 ml) vodka
    • 0.75 ounce (22 ml) crème de violette liqueur 
    • 0.75 ounce (22 ml) lemon juice 

    Instructions:

    Muddle the blackberries in a cocktail shaker to release the juice. Add vodka, crème de violette liqueur, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses. Optionally, garnish each shot with a blackberry. 

    5. Aviation Shots

     Inspired by the aviation cocktail, this is a tasty blend of fresh and crisp flavors.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 ounces (60 ml) gin
    • 1.75 ounces (52 ml) crème de violette liqueur 
    • 1.5 ounces (45 ml) lemon juice 
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) maraschino liqueur  

    Instructions:

    Add gin, creme de violette liqueur, lemon juice, and maraschino liqueur to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses. 

    6. Third Eye

    Enjoy a simple and refreshing purple shot with a nice bitter-sweet note of grapefruit juice.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 ounces (60 ml) vodka
    • 2 ounces (60 ml) grapefruit juice
    • 2 ounces (60 ml) crème de violette liqueur  
    • Soda water, to top

    Instructions:

    Add vodka, grapefruit juice, and creme de violette liqueur to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses. Top each shot with soda water.

    7. Empress Gin Sours

     A classic gin sour made even classier with the use of beautiful purple Empress 1908 gin.

    Ingredients:

    • 3 ounces (90 ml) Empress 1908 Gin
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) lemon juice 
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) simple syrup
    • 1 egg white 

    Instructions:

    Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and an egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10-15 seconds (without ice). Add a handful of ice and shake again for 10-15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.

    8. Empress Gin & Tonic

    Enjoy a crisp gin and tonic in a beautiful purple shot form. The blackberry garnish adds a fresh and light finish.

    Ingredients:

    • 3 ounces (90 ml) Empress 1908 Gin
    • 3 ounces (90 ml) tonic water
    • fresh blackberries, for garnish (optional)

    Instructions:

    Add gin and tonic water to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Stir for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses. Garnish each shot with a blackberry. 

    9. Mini Empress Martinis

    Named after the spirit itself, the empress martini follows a classic martini recipe. Enjoy an equally elegant, but more fun version of this cocktail in shot form.

    Ingredients:

    • 4 ounces (120 ml) chilled Empress 1908 Gin
    • 1.5 ounces (45 ml) dry vermouth 
    • 2 dashes of orange bitters

    Instructions:

    Add gin, dry vermouth, and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.

    10. Purple Spring Fling

    Fresh and fruity flavors combined with vibrant blooming purple colors that remind you of spring. These purple spring fling shots are refreshing and tasty.

    Ingredients:

    • 3 ounces (90 ml) Empress 1908 Gin
    • 0.75 ounce (22 ml) lemon juice 
    • 0.75 ounce (22 ml) triple-sec or Cointreau 
    • 0.5 ounce (15 ml) elderflower cordial (or simple syrup)

    Instructions:

    Add gin, lemon juice, triple-sec, and elderflower cordial to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses. 

    11. Purple Gin Fizz

    A foamy and sour mix. Nearly identical to the Empress Gin Sour, but with a light and fizzy touch of soda water.

    Ingredients:

    • 3 ounces (90 ml) Empress 1908 Gin
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) lemon juice 
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) simple syrup 
    • 1 egg white

    Instructions:

    Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and an egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10-15 seconds (without ice). Add a handful of ice and shake for another 10-15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.

    12. Purple Rain

    A simplified version of the purple rain cocktail, with no affiliation to Prince.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 ounces (60 ml) vodka
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) lemon juice
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) blue curaçao 
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) cranberry juice 
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) grenadine 

    Instructions:

    Add vodka, lemon juice, blue curaçao, cranberry juice, and grenadine to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain evenly into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.

    *For a more purple shot, add a drop or two of purple food dye.

    13. Purple Punch

    Similar in flavors to the purple rain shots, these purple punch shooters are simple, smooth, and delicious.

    Ingredients:

    • 3 ounces (90 ml) vodka 
    • 2 ounces (60 ml) blue curaçao 
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) cranberry juice
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) grenadine 
    • 0.5 ounce (15 ml) lime juice 

    Instructions:

    Add vodka, blue curaçao, cranberry juice, grenadine, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses. 

    *For a more purple shot, add a drop or two of purple food dye.

    14. Purple People Eaters

    If you’re ready to get in the Halloween spirit, these Purple People Eater shots are the ones for you. Smooth, sweet, and sour, this is a great way to start any party.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 ounces (60 ml) vodka 
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) blue curaçao 
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) cranberry juice (or cran-grape, grape, or pomegranate juice) 
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) grenadine
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) sweet and sour mix 

    Instructions:

    Add vodka, blue curaçao, cranberry juice, grenadine, and sweet and sour mix to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses. 

    *For a more purple shot, add a drop or two of purple food dye.

    15. Violette Daiquiri

    Violette syrup is just a super easy way to incorporate purple into your drinks and shots. A drop of food coloring and you’re on your way to enjoying a simple daiquiri that has a beautiful violet hue.

    Ingredients:

    • 3.5 ounces (105 ml) white Cuban rum
    • 1.5 ounces (45 ml) lime juice
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) violet syrup (add purple food coloring to simple syrup)

    Instructions:

    Add rum, lime juice, and violet syrup to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses. 

    16. Blended Violette Daiquiri

    The same simple and colorful daiquiri but extra refreshing.

    Ingredients:

    • 3.5 ounces (105 ml) white Cuban rum
    • 1.5 ounces (45 ml) lime juice 
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) violet syrup (add purple food coloring to simple syrup)

    Instructions:

    Add a handful of ice (3-6 large cubes), rum, lime juice, and violet syrup to a blender. Blend on medium-high until smooth. Pour into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses. 

    17. Berry Colada

    Enjoy a tasty fruity and tropical blend of ingredients with these berry colada shooters.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 ounces (60 ml) frozen or fresh pineapple 
    • 2 ounces (60 ml) white rum
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) cream of coconut
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) fresh or frozen blackberries
    • 0.5 ounce (15 ml) pineapple juice 

    Instructions:

    Add pineapple, rum, cream of coconut, blackberries, and pineapple juice to a blender. Blend on medium-high until smooth. Pour into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.

    18. Smirnoff Berry Blast

    This berry-flavored spirit has everything to remind you of summer berries but needs a little help achieving the color to match the flavor.

    Ingredients:

    • 6 ounces (180 ml) Smirnoff Berry Blast Vodka
    • 2 drops of purple food coloring 

    Instructions:

    Add Smirnoff Berry Blast Vodka and purple food coloring to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses. 

    19. Mixed Berry Mojito

    The most natural and sweetest way to achieve a lovely purple color is through berries. Enjoy these fresh-tasting shooters that are sure to remind you of springtime.

    Ingredients:

    • 1.5 ounces (45 ml) mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
    • 5-10 mint leaves
    • 3 ounces (90 ml) white rum
    • 0.25 ounce (7 ml) simple syrup 
    • Soda water, to top

    Instructions:

    Muddle the mixed berries and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add rum and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses. Top each shot with soda water.

    20. Mixed Berry Margaritas

    Fresh berries can take a simple margarita recipe and turn it into one that wows.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 ounces (60 ml) fresh or frozen mixed berries 
    • 3 ounces (90 ml) tequila 
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) lime juice 
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) agave or simple syrup 

    Instructions:

    Muddle the berries in a cocktail shaker to release the juices. Add tequila, lime juice, and agave to a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses. 

    21. Blended Mixed Berry Margarita

    These mixed berry blended margaritas are super easy, super tasty, and extremely refreshing.

    • 3 ounces (60 ml) tequila 
    • 1.5 ounces (45 ml) fresh or frozen mixed berries 
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) lime juice 
    • 1 ounce (30 ml) agave or simple syrup

    Instructions:

    Add a handful of ice (3-6 cubes), tequila, berries, lime juice, and agave to a blender. Blend on medium-high until smooth. Pour into three 2-ounce (60 ml) shot glasses.
